S.XIX began a journey in which was the former residence of an influential character of Madrid society of the time. The Duke of Santo Mauro. There is this charming boutique hotel 49 bedrooms, Located in the aristocratic district of Chamberi, and decorated according to the French influence of the Parisian Palaces of those times.

The red room of a pure French style is arguably my favorite stay around the hotel with the restaurant-library

 

 

 

 

AC Santo Mauro consists of three buildings surrounded by a wonderful garden, with ancient chestnut trees that make it an oasis of tranquility in the heart of Madrid.

 

The Library restaurant was the former library of the Duke and today has become the hotel's main restaurant.

 

 

 

the exquisite presentation of coffee on silver service and lump sugar cubes presented undoubtedly mark the difference of this exclusive hotel

 

The majestic Hall which gives access to all stays by one day walked the Duke of Santo Mauro

 

When night falls, its wonderful garden becomes the perfect setting to enjoy a glass surrounded by an exclusive ambience, quiet and refined.

 

To end this story, I want to emphasize the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff and especially all the staff restaurant.

Although it sounds a bit smug, It has been like a dream Duques, Duchesses and Principesas, to realize this dream story.
