Those who know me know that one of my great passions is the oriental art. I am fascinated by its ancient culture and history of their dynasties, That's why yesterday I could not miss the premiere of SHEN YUN at Gran Teatre del Liceu Barcelona hand Shen Yun Performing Arts. A classical Chinese dance company that is headquartered in New York.

SHEN YUN was born in 2006 with the mission to recover the authentic traditional Chinese culture through dance.

He Gran Teatre del Liceu, known as the Lyceum was the venue that hosted for the fourth time in Barcelona this wonderful show. It is the theater active oldest and most prestigious in Barcelona, and it is considered one of the most important in the world.

From the front row of the box on the second floor I could watch the show and get carried away by this ancient culture through their dances, its music and its meaning here both know. A China that has little to do with the stereotypes that we get.

The spectacular digital backgrounds gave me a unique visual experience, while they let go into the Divine land, as they called them in antiquity, because they were convinced that their culture was a godsend. Shen Yun Performing Arts tries to recover this lost civilization.

Definitely, a show full of hope, values, legends, stories and above all beauty and wealth for all senses.

Shen Yun Orchestra Performing Arts is unique in merging the beauty of the Eastern instruments with Western instruments majesty of accompanying a ballet. Formerly the Chinese had the philosophy that music in harmony body, mind and soul. This tradition is still latent in Shen Yun's music.

At the end of the show, I could enjoy a glass of Cava in the majestic Hall of Mirrors.

A wonderful evening that leaves no one indifferent and hope to repeat next year.

Happy day,

Judith
