If we can get carried away, We feel like this refined hotel still remains the atmosphere of the Roaring 20. The Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo is a luxurious and prestigious Belle Époque palace in the heart of Monte-Carlo in Monaco, on the French Riviera. It was built in 1890 there pertenece the sea baths Company.

It is part of the elite palaces of Monaco along with the Hotel de Paris, and Monte-Carlo Beach, and Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort and is classified as a monument.

Such was the spirit of the belle epoque, its decoration is exquisitely refined. A century later this same spirit is in the room signed by Eiffel.

the Vistamar, is the famous restaurant run by Chef Benoît Witz executive and awarded a Michelin star. It has wonderful views of the harbor and the Mediterranean. It was designed by Pierre Yves Rochon famous with exquisite style.

Born in Alsace, Benoit Witz, passionately interprets the cuisine of southern France.

The elegant lobby is a wonderful space in which usually meets all the Monegasque elite tea.

I want to express my sincere thanks to Julia Burg, directora sea baths Company, for being a great host and the welcome they offered me since my arrival in the Principality.

Happy afternoon,
